Cold stamping is our core business. We operate 200 presses from 16 to 400 tons, monitored through OEE systems. We stamp small and medium-sized components across a wide range of materials:

Annually, we manufacture approximately 80 dies, guaranteed for life when used in-house. This ensures production continuity, flexibility and direct control over tool quality and maintenance.
We optimize geometries, materials and production cycles.
Our technical department works closely with the customer to analyze component feasibility, optimize shape and materials, and reduce costs. We use VISI CAD and STAMPACK. All work complies with TISAX security standards.
A copper core between silver layers cuts material cost by more than 20% versus solid silver, while still meeting performance requirements.
The die stamps the hardware and rivets the contact onto it in one operation, saving labor and reducing assembly defect rates.
Threads are tapped during the stamping process, removing a post-processing step and cutting losses from part transfer.
Contact, discharge and feed protection built into the process let parts ship without post-treatment.
